At Simply CBD, understanding our customers’ needs and preferences is very important to us. It helps our team understand where we can make improvements to make everyone’s CBD experience more positive. We recently ran a customer survey to gather this information, including why users chose us, what they use CBD for, whether they’d recommend Simply CBD, and more. This article covers the responses we received from 437 respondents.
Simply CBD customer satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is incredibly important to us. We always strive to ensure that our products, website, customer service, prices, and resources provide an exceptional experience for each and every customer. Here’s an overview of what we discovered from the results of our most recent customer survey:
Do our customers feel our products are beneficial?
Our survey asked customers how much CBD has helped them, with the options ‘not at all’, ‘a little’, ‘moderately’, and ‘a lot’. The results show that 98.2% of respondents felt at least a little benefit from our products, with 83.1% falling within the ‘moderate’ and ‘a lot’ categories. These results reflect our dedication to offering a wide range of high-quality products with full transparency, allowing customers to find what works best for their needs and preferences.
Would our customers recommend our products to their friends and family?
Another question we asked our customers is whether they would recommend our brand and products to their friends and family. This is important as CBD can be confusing for new users, but having a trusted friend or family member’s recommendation can make all the difference. Our previous survey found that 95% of respondents would recommend us. Our most recent survey saw an increase with a result of 98.6% of respondents saying they would recommend Simply CBD. This reflects our ongoing efforts to be a brand worth sharing via our high quality products, affordable prices, and first-class customer service.
Why our customers use CBD products
Aside from learning how customers feel about our products and brand, we use these surveys to gain an understanding of why they choose to use CBD in general. As some people use CBD products for more than one of the reasons listed, there is some crossover between categories, which is reflected in the results.
Here’s a breakdown of the results:
- 73.9% of respondents use CBD for a pain-related issues (e.g. muscle and joint pain)
- 33.6% of respondents use CBD for mental health issues (e.g. anxiety, ADHD)
- 20.1% of respondents use CBD for general wellbeing
- 13% of respondents use CBD for condition-related issues (e.g. MS, menopause)
These results are similar to those of the previous survey, with pain being the most common reason our customers use CBD products, followed by mental health issues.
